The Suncoast Chorale was formed 33 years ago, starting out in Englewood as the Englewood Oratorio. We have since evolved into an 70 member chorale that performs three concerts each year in Venice and Englewood.

Our mission is to provide the residents of Sarasota and Charlotte Counties with the opportunity to sing in a mixed community chorus dedicated to performing choral masterworks and a variety of choral works found in theater, folk, popular, and other musical productions.

The Suncoast Chorale seeks to expand and share the gift of music.  Reaching out and embracing wide ranges of music and song, Suncoast Chorale of Englewood also provides the youth of Sarasota and Charlotte Counties and neighboring areas with the benefits of understanding, performing and growing through music.

Over the years, the Suncoast Chorale has collaborated with the Venice Symphony for several concerts and has collaborated with the Charlotte Symphony to perform a major work by John Rutter.  We always welcome new opportunities to create and entertain all Florida residents as well as Florida's many visitors.
